Het is wellicht het meest bekend als isolatieschuim voor het afdichten van gaten en kieren. Polyurethaan wordt ook gebruikt als zacht kussen ofwel laag in auto en bureaustoelen. Het wordt gebruikt in veiligheidshelmen, caravans, vliegtuig cabine&#8217;s, surfboards en nog veel, veel meer. De reden dat PU overal om ons heen wordt gebruikt is omdat het in veel verschillende vormen, structuren en dichtheden kan worden gemaakt. De karakteristieken van polyurethaan zijn perfect voor de productie van ventilatie componenten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Het ontwikkelen van de juiste formule<\/h3>\n<p>Al vanaf het begin dat ons bedrijf startte met de productie van ventilatie componenten gebruiken we een uniek materiaal. Dit materiaal onderscheid ons van andere spelers in de markt en geeft unieke voordelen. Ons programma is vervaardigd uit een hoge kwaliteit polyurethaan, deze is gemaakt volgens een door ons ontwikkelde formule. Polyurethaan was altijd ons materiaal van keuze om sterke producten te ontwikkelen met een lange levensduur. Door de jaren hebben we onze formule steeds verder ontwikkeld om te blijven voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden. We voldoen ook aan de laatste wetgeving en conformeren ons aan Europese wetten en milieu standaarden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Testen voor een lange levensduur<\/h3>\n<p>We gebruiken structureel protyping, duurtesten, luchtsnelheid en temperatuur simulaties en nog veel meer om te ontdekken hoe onze materialen presteren onder verschillende klimaat omstandigheden. We hebben zo ondervonden dat voor ventilatiedoeleinden de isolatiewaarde van PU de sleutelrol speelt in optimaal functioneren in extreem koude en warme weersomstandigheden. Voor het transport en gemakkelijke installatie helpt het dat polyurethaan erg licht van gewicht is terwijl de huid wel sterk en hard is. Voor duurzaamheid hebben we ondervonden dat PU niet te lijden heeft onder natuurlijke omstandigheden zoals roest of rot zoals te vinden in metaal en hout. Door de jaren heeft polyurethaan zichzelf bewezen als een excellent materiaal voor ons doel, en dat is het ontwerpen en produceren van ventilatie componenten voor de agriculturele sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Het maken van kwaliteitsproducten<\/h3>\n<p>Met PU hebben we de voorkeur voor ons materiaal en daarmee hebben we een breed programma ontwikkeld. Met oog voor detail is onze R&amp;D afdeling altijd bezig met prodcutontwikkeling en het cree\u00ebren van nieuwe oplossingen voor veranderende markten. Geholpen door het advies van ons sales team dat de wereld rondreist en veel stallen en projecten bezoekt.
