Air inlet valves

Model 1800 VFRM
This air inlet valve, also produced out of high quality polyurethane foam, is executed with a curved flap and with the flange on the front side. Concept is equal to our standard inlet 145-VFG. The sizes of the inlet, being less wide but higher assure a good control of the minimum ventilation, yet also offering a relative high air capacity at fully open position.
Inlet is available with control arms on both sides of the inlet as well as with a central control bracket. The build-in size of the inlet (533 mm = 21”) is specially made for those cases, where less width is available.
Further characteristics are similar to the inlets 145, 3000 and 4000-VFG.

Air inlet valves

Model 2800 VFRM
Like all our air inlet valves also this one is produced out of high quality polyurethane. This valve is executed with an integrated actuator that can be controlled by practically all in the market available controllers or climate computers. Connection 24V DC.
By means of a 0-10V signal the valve can be controlled linearly. This new concept makes the use of connection sets, pulleys, main cable etc. superfluous. The unit calibrates itself after connection; so adjustment is not necessary.
The 4-wire cable can simply be linked from inlet to inlet; so by means of one connection/control cable a bigger number of units can be controlled. The inlet is executed with a flange on the front side and a straight inner flap. This makes the unit very suitable for the poultry as well as the pig sector.

Wall support for pulley
With this wall support the pulley can be mounted up to maximum 8cm away from the wall. Very suitable for tunnel units

Light Traps

Available in several sizes for the darkening of our air inlet valves but also for example for the darkening of fans or other openings. Complete mounted units available for our standard air inlet valves type 145 and 3000; other sizes on request. Complete units: PVC sheets mounted in a black painted metal galvanised frame.

Maximum light reduction because of double wave with minimum air resistance because of round shape.

Lightreductionfactor: ± 8.540.000.

Next to this we have the sheets available in a special self-build execution with which practically every size can be made by yourselves. Sheets are put together by spacers; so-called snaps Distance between the sheets is 1''.
